What is Upgrade UA?

Upgrade UA is a new project of Beetroot Academy, created to give Ukrainians the strength and tools for the future.

We believe that education is not just about knowledge. It is about confidence, development, and support at a time when it is especially needed. Over the course of two years, we will help more than 2,000 participants gain new digital skills and discover how artificial intelligence can support people, teams, and the country.

Choose training

Objective of the project

Strengthen Ukraine's sustainability, productivity and innovation through training.
We believe in a free and independent Ukraine with a confident, innovative and competitive people. Digital skills are the basis for independence, decent living and development. When everyone has a chance to get an education, the country has a chance for a successful future.

In 2025, we successfully trained more than 550 specialists, and in the future we only plan to increase this figure.

Who is this program for?

Upgrade UA 2025—27 aims to support and develop three key categories of specialists who play an important role in the digital transformation of Ukraine

IT specialists

Technical and non-technical specialists who already work in IT companies, or in IT teams in non-technical businesses.

Public sector workers

These are organizations and enterprises that are owned by the state and financed from the state or local budget. They perform socially important functions and operate under the control of the government.

Public organizations members

These are non-profit organizations that work for the public good, not for profit. These can be non-governmental organizations (NGOs), charitable foundations (foundations), associations, professional unions, volunteer initiatives.
