Day 1-2. Basics of Agile, Scrum and Kanban + the practice of the Kanban approach
• Get to know the best practices of Prompting in ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude
• We will lay out on the shelves: what Agile, Scrum and Kanban are, what is the difference, and why choose each of these approaches
• Let's take a look (briefly, but essentially) at the Agile Manifesto and its principles
• Let's do an overview of the Kanban approach: how it works and why it is chosen by a large number of commands
• Practice creating a Kanban board, defining WIP limits, and managing a team with this approach
Day 2-3. Scrum in Practice: AI-Powered Processes, Roles and Artifacts
• Understand when it is better to work for Kanban and when — for Scrum
• Let's go through the whole Scrum process, key events and see what everything looks like on a real project
• Analyze Scrum artifacts: backlog, increments — and learn how to create them with AI

Day 4. Scrum Team Work: Roles, Planning and Feedback
• Understand how to assemble a Scrum team, distribute roles and create a vision for the project

• We will refine the tasks: write user stories, formulate acceptance criteria for our project
• Learn how to conduct Sprint Review and collect feedback from stakeholders using AI
