About the project

The project SkillBoost Ukraine: Empowering Tech Careers is funded by the Swedish Institute and implemented by Beetroot Academy in cooperation with Promprylad Foundation.

The goal of the project is IT-training of Ukrainians who are motivated to find employment in IT, to receive an offer for a dream job. The program combines intensive technical and non-technical online courses that transform motivation into practical professional skills.

In 2025, more than 200 students successfully completed their studies in the various fields presented at the Academy.

Our impact today

Many people seek to change professions, but face a lack of structured training, practice and career support. The conditions of war make the possibility of remote work and new professions especially relevant.
