Day 1-2. AI tools and basic project documentation
• Learn how to work effectively and propagate in AI tools — ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude
• Consider creating Project Chapter and Project Vision on a learning project with Gemini and visualizing it in Notion
• Master effective stakeholder documentation with creation of tables and charts — such as Stakeholder Map and RACI Matrix — with AI tools
• Visualize and detail the project scope using Gemini and Whimsical.AIin the format of Work Breakdown Structure and Assumptions Table
Day 2-3. Scrum and Kanban: Processes, Events and Artifacts
• Learn to identify and map project risks using ChatGPT in the form of tables and visual charts
• Learn how to effectively build project budgets with Gemini, Whimsical and Notion
• Create status reports for stakeholders of our project using ChatGPT and Notion
• Build high-quality presentations in brand style for the closing stage of the project using Gemini and Gamma.AI

With the support of the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, participants will be able to access advanced techniques and tools that will contribute to the development of their organizations.

Is this free training?
Yes, participation is free thanks to funding from the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The main thing is to meet the conditions of participation.
Is it necessary to work in an IT company?
Yes, it is a must. At the time of starting your studies, you must be officially employed in such a company.
Do I need prior experience with AI tools?
No, we will go through the basics and also give tips for those who are already working with AI tools.
Will there be practice during classes?

Will I get a certificate after the mini-course?
Yes, after successful completion of the mini-course, you will receive a certificate. To do this, you need to be present at all classes, do assignments and actively participate in discussions.
