Addressing the talent gap. How we respond to market needs
Why are we trusted?
Each story began with a decision — to change the profession, to pump up the team, to raise the level of skills. In 12 years, there were more than 14,000 such decisions. From the people who took the first steps, to the top Ukrainian and European companies that entrust us with their most difficult challenges. Trust is about seeing results in your work.
Two roots are one philosophy
Our approach was formed at the intersection of two cultures: Ukrainian technical strength and Scandinavian structure. We are the only academy in Ukraine certified by Almega is the standard of quality of education, ethics, and responsibility.
Partnerships all the way
We are close to the first steps to difficult challenges. We provide structure, expertise and support. We respect your maturity and responsibility — this is what makes learning effective.
Practice-first learning
Each program is built on real cases. Participants work with tasks that are applied as early as tomorrow — in projects, teams, processes. Learning becomes part of your job.
Andreas Flodström,
Founder & CEO of Beetroot Academy
