About the project

This project was created in order to increase the economic security of Ukrainian refugees in Moldova by providing access to quality educational programs.

In 2022, 30 Ukrainians received full training in Front-End development and UI/UX design in online format in Ukrainian.

In 2023, the second phase of the project started: the focus shifted to creating specialized AI workshops for companies and their IT professionals (in Ukraine and Moldova) and on spreading knowledge about AI to a wider audience.

Our impact today

Systemic impact of the program

The project implements an integrated approach to the training and development of digital competences. In 2022, the participants of the program completed a full cycle of online training in Ukrainian in the areas of Front-End and UI/UX, which became the basis for their professional entry into IT. In 2023, the project was scaled up with a focus on artificial intelligence: corporate AI workshops for company teams were launched, as well as open AI workshops for a wider audience. In parallel, the AI modules are integrated into the courses of the Academy, which allowed students to gain a basic understanding of the possibilities and practical applications of artificial intelligence in professional activities.
