About the project

This project became the largest and most ambitious initiative of Beetroot Academy, which significantly expanded the scope of activities and impact on Ukrainian IT education. The project had two key objectives: strengthening Beetroot Academy as an educational provider and attracting thousands of new people, mostly from regional areas, to build careers in IT.

Our impact today

The demand for IT education is growing, but the availability of quality training for people from regions is often limited. At the same time, the market needs trained specialists, and people have a clear path from training to their first job.

Expanding access to IT education

We have scaled access to quality IT education by making modern training programs available to a much larger number of people, including from regional areas of Ukraine.

Strengthening the capacity of the educational provider

We have expanded Beetroot Academy's capacity as an educational provider by improving learning processes, increasing the number of sets, and increasing the operational efficiency of the programs.

Responding to market needs

We have developed new curricula and directions that meet the current needs of the IT market and allow students to acquire sought-after and practical skills.

Who we help

People who are looking to start or change careers in IT, focusing on regional areas of Ukraine, have the opportunity to access specialized training programs. These programs are designed to help them master the new skills they need to work successfully in an ever-evolving IT sector. They may include courses in programming, web development, and other topical areas.

Scaling a Set

The possibility of enrolment has been significantly expanded — from 500 to 2000 students per year, which made it possible to make quality IT education accessible to a much larger number of people.

Massive learning

More than 3000 people have been trained in Beetroot Academy IT courses within the project, covering different areas and levels of training.

Real career results

More than 2000 graduates were able to really start a career in IT, confirming the effectiveness of the approach “from training to employment”.

Expansion of applications

As part of the initiative, 10 new technology curricula were launched, meeting current market needs and expanding opportunities for students.

Systemic impact of the program

The Academy has not only expanded the student body, but has also improved teaching methods by introducing innovative approaches that allow students to gain practical skills in real-world settings. In addition, new programs covering different areas have been launched, allowing students to choose a specialization in accordance with the current market requirements.
