Who will benefit?
Business unit heads and senior managers
Are you in charge of a business unit, product, or division? This masterclass will help you understand which cyber risks directly threaten your operational and financial performance—and how to integrate their management into your existing business processes.
Project managers and operations managers
Do you work with teams, contractors, or sensitive data? You’ll learn how to identify vulnerabilities in your processes, prioritize risks, and develop a clear action plan in case of an incident.
Leaders and managers of nonprofit organizations
NGOs store data on beneficiaries, partners, and donors—and are often targeted precisely because they underestimate the risks. This workshop will provide tools for assessing real threats and establishing a basic level of protection without a large budget.
Representatives of the public sector
Do you work in an organization where a cyber incident poses not only a reputational risk but also a societal risk? You’ll learn to analyze vulnerabilities at the process level and communicate cyber risks within the organization using clear, management-friendly language.
