Five months of intensive training in front-end development at Beetroot Academy are behind me — my first step and foundation for my future career in development. Main projects: responsive landing page, interactive JS application, and React application with dynamic functionality. A pleasant bonus of the training was the friendly atmosphere of the group and the mentorship of Ivan Vasilenko, who broke down technical concepts into simple real-life examples.

I always wanted to have a remote job and a flexible schedule. On the advice of a friend who is a designer, I chose UI/UX design at Beetroot Academy. The training began three weeks before the war, and the lessons became a drop of normality in the new reality. The teacher and classmates supported each other when everyone was scattered around the world. After graduation, I posted my project on LinkedIn, where it was supported by the Academy. Thanks to the wide coverage, three weeks later, an Academy graduate offered me a job with a German company.

When I took the HR Generalist course at Beetroot Academy, I didn't expect to come out of it with a diploma, a job offer, new friends, and a baggage of knowledge that is truly applicable in the real world, not just on paper. I was looking for my path in IT and settled on digital marketing. Beetroot Academy attracted me with the opportunity to try different areas of marketing to understand what exactly I liked. The highly experienced teachers shared real-life case studies and were always open to communication. Working on a charity project with a teacher proved to be particularly valuable — it was my first practical experience for my resume. Thanks to the high-quality training, I received a job offer as an SEO specialist two days before the end of the course.

Beetroot Academy I completed the IT Management course and received my diploma. But two weeks have passed, and I already miss the course, the instructor, the interesting program, and the teaching style. Everything about these courses was interesting. After losing my job during the pandemic, I realized it was time to change fields. Remembering my love for photography and image processing, I decided to try UI/UX design. At Beetroot Academy, I was impressed by the small group learning format, where the teacher shared real-life cases and gave personal attention to each student. Thanks to the practical knowledge I gained during the course, I quickly found my first projects. Now I am working on four projects at the same time and really enjoy my work.

A new profession, knowledge, a new passion, new acquaintances, motivation and aspirations — all this I got together with the diploma in HR Generalist in IT from Beetroot Academy 👏 Was it easy? Definitely not. But interesting materials, incredible coaches of the course — Viktoria Yakovleva and Elena Chernyshenko, meaningful and voluminous homework, motivated group and real buddies made this path pleasant and inspiring.

After training from QA to PM, I realized that it was thanks to Beetroot that I got not only knowledge, but also work, confidence and faith in myself.

A useful overview of AI tools and practical cases for increasing productivity in daily work. The interactive format, specific examples, and the opportunity to practice prompting helped me better understand how to apply AI in practice. Discovering new tools and approaches to working with real-world tasks was particularly valuable.

I received a diploma on completion of the Frontend development course from Beetroot Academy. My goal was to systematize knowledge and build a structured approach to development — and the course fully met expectations. I have defended three full-fledged projects and completed many practical tasks. I got special pleasure from the final project — my own Event Manager, which I supplemented with a full backend, creating a Full Stack solution. Even after completing the course, I still have many ideas and inspiration for its development.
