
The purpose of the programs is to provide women of vulnerable categories with real tools to change their own lives: access to modern educational opportunities in the field of IT and digital professions, development of sought-after skills, increase competitiveness in the labor market and create conditions for financial independence. Thanks to this partnership, participants get the chance not only to acquire a new profession, but also to feel confident in their own abilities, to break out of the circle of vulnerabilities and to expand employment prospects in Ukraine and abroad.

In the first iteration of the Trampoline to Equality project, implemented with the support of UNFPA, the main objective was to create conditions for participants that would help restore psychological well-being and at the same time open up new career opportunities.
Beetroot Academy's training programs became a key part of a broader initiative that combined professional development in information technology, personalized career counseling, and psychological support to overcome traumatic experiences.
Thanks to this project, more 1000 womenwere able not only to master IT skills, but also to restore self-confidence and build a new professional future. He demonstrated that technical education can be an effective tool to overcome the effects of violence and create the foundations for women's economic independence.
