
Project Empower Ukraine: Digital Skills for Reintegrationprovides the opportunity to master IT and digital skills for those who face the challenges of forced displacement, return from abroad, economic vulnerability or the need for a new professional direction. The training takes place online, combines technical and non-technical IT areas, provides flexible schedule, support for teachers and assistance with further employment.

The formation of training groups occurs gradually. Applications are processed in the order of receipt until the required number of participants is recruited.
In addition, the project will open a separate set for veterans and their family members— follow the updates on the Beetroot Academy website and social networks.
A previous iteration of the project, implemented with the support of the Susanne Hobohm Foundation in collaboration with New Horizons Hub, was a response to the need of war veterans and their families for new professional opportunities and support during reintegration through education and remote work.
Thanks to an integrated approach to learning More than 150 veterans and their familieshave mastered new skills, received support for further professional development and already share successful employment stories. The Beetroot Academy team continues to work to strengthen long-term impact for graduates and is scaling up the project to create new educational opportunities for more Ukrainians.
