По-друге, викладач повинен вміти вмотивовувати студентів, підлаштовуватись, та за потреби, коригувати загальний клімат у групі. А ще викладання в Академії дає можливість познайомитись з цікавими людьми.

Бути викладачем для мене означає не лише проговорити свої дві години на камеру під запис, а максимально повно та зрозуміло поділитися своїм досвідом із проходження десятків інтерв'ю та 5 років у продакшені для того, щоб студент дійсно став на багато кроків ближче до першого оферу, ніж до нашого курсу.

Мені подобається працювати в Академії, це завжди віддача на 200%, колосальний багаж професійних знань та навичок, відповідальність за якість знань студентів, впевненість у собі, менторство і наставництво, живі емоції та соціалізація.

Мені завжди було цікаво спробувати себе у ролі викладача та у Beetroot Academy мені показали наскільки це класно!
